HSE First Aid at Work (18 hours)

Introduction

/live/courses/Ambulance.jpgEmployers have to risk assess their workplace first aid requirements. The 3-day First Aid is at Work (FAW) qualification is one of the statutory qualifications for this purpose.

FAW training is delivered by organisations approved by the HSE for this purpose. MWS is a 3rd party Provider for ITC. (HSE approval number is 1670/96).
The course content is prescribed by the HSE and all candidates must attend the full 18-hours contact time in order to fulfill the qualification 'license to practice' requirement.
Each candidate is continually assessed on each section of the programme. There is also a short examination from an external examiner. This follows current HSE regulations.

Delivery
The MWS team of trainers deliver throughout the UK. They attend regular standardisation and cpd update events.  This allows a national presence with local costs and the reknowned MWS delivery style. Please contact us for our prices which remain very competitive and offer value for money.
